Updates For the Love of Red

Hi All!
The RSVPs are rolling in as are the auction items..it is shaping up to be quite a night!

A few reminders and notes:

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Reserve your space NOW for the event!
Get your checks in by January 21. It's the only way we can determine an accurate head count on which the restaurants can base their food production--and, how we know how many complimentary drinks to mix! Don't miss out!

For all attendees: It is very likely that all silent auction items will need to be paid for with check or cash (not credit cards)...please prepare accordingly!

For auction item donators: Please deliver your auction item, with your name, contact information, business card, minimum bid, auction item value and description by January 21. Again, thanks for you generous contribution to this great event!

For dessert makers: Please send an email confirmation with your name and contact information. Please specify the TYPE of dessert you are making. All desserts should be delivered to the Nahant Country Club NO LATER THAN 4:30 on the afternoon of the event so that they may be cut and plated for display on our designer dessets table! If you deliver your item on a tray that you would like to get back, please put your name on the bottom of it. We will have dishes ready for pick up the day after the event.

Volunteers: We should be reaching out to all persons who volunteered their time by the end of this week. IF YOU DO NOT hear from us by 1/21, please send an email reminder of your offer to help!
